Describe The Request You can have issues with logging into EAC and issues with e-discovery if we are missing the arbitration mailbox or it is orphaned.

Need to verify the steps to confirm how this is a problem for testing to make sure we capture the scenarios. Do know that orphaned mailboxes cause problems which can be done by deleting the mailbox database that hosted the arbitration mailboxes.

Display the results in the Health Checker.
