[Relationships] Identify and add all meaningful relationships for Azure Batch

Current Situation

azure-batch currently has very few relationships defined in Meshery. Azure Batch is a foundational service for running large-scale parallel and high-performance computing (HPC) batch jobs in Azure, making its connections one of the highest-impact gaps in Meshery's real-world relationship coverage.

Proposed Change

Identify and add all meaningful relationships for Azure Batch. Study the components available in the model (such as BatchAccount), understand how they integrate with other Azure services (Virtual Networks, Storage Accounts, Key Vault, Application Insights, Managed Identities, etc.), as well as other integrations and contribute the relationships that best represent real-world Azure Batch architectures.

💡 There is no prescribed list — contributors are encouraged to research the integrations and fill the gap as comprehensively as possible.
