Summary

As a developer working with Matomo, one of the questions I hear from my client is when goals were created - and by whom (covered by 10736 already).

It would be a handy feature to add this timestamp to the goal table and have this become visible when viewing a goal, with verbiage like "Goal created at date : time" or "Goal data collection started at ..." (whichever is more true).

Aggiungere una nuova colonna 'created at' alla tabella goal nel database di Matomo. Aggiornare l'API Goal per restituire questo campo.
