nice example - false negative for the more specific branch GetDC/BitBlt/CreateCompatibleDC.

maybe we need to:

  • add DISPLAY* to CreateDC
  • add Gdip routines (GdipCreateBitmapFromScan0, GdipGetImageGraphicsContext, GdipGetDC)
