Steps to reproduce

After entering an app, switching the left-hand tab puts it in a loading state. However, this loading state causes the entire tab to disappear, and then the whole app page turns into a loading screen.

Ispeziona il file layout main.tsx collegato nel problema, in particolare la gestione dello stato di caricamento intorno alle righe 120-131. Identifica perché il cambio di scheda attiva uno stato di caricamento globale anziché uno limitato.
