Describe the problem

Unable to grab the top of the metacity/marco window border in MATE with the ambiant-MATE metacity theme. Can only drag from the side or the bottom.

Expected behaviour

Able to grab the top bar and drag it like in other metacity themes.

Ispeziona i file CSS del tema metacity per la cornice della finestra, in particolare l'area del bordo superiore. Controlla se mancano proprietà come `window handle width` o `title layout` che consentono di afferrare la finestra dall'alto. Confronta con altri temi metacity che funzionano.
