Description

The tooltips for buttons and the button text should be consistent with each other. When the buttons go into the overflow menu on smaller screens, the text is different from the tooltips, so it needs to be adjusted to: Ask Joule Give Feedback Get Help

Button text is adjusted and reviewed by UX
