Special characters in Realm name breaks the application

Steps to reproduce:

Create a realm name with special characters ("%", "^"). Keycloak currently allows creation of realm with these characters. Once after successful creation - Please Navigate to "Realm settings" menu and update any realm settings value and "Save". Please find the attached video for reference. Once after "Saving", It breaks the application and unable to access
