Add Support for Custom Events in Regression

Enhance Regression, by adding support for custom events. These events should be user-configurable and enable automatic detection based on the following log attributes:

• Labels or specific string patterns
• Log levels (e.g., ERROR, WARN, INFO)
• threadName
• ipAddress

Requirements:

• Provide a configuration interface (JSON/YAML or UI-based) for defining custom event rules.

• Allow rules to filter logs by:

  • Log level
  • Thread name
  • IP address
  • Custom labels or text patterns

• Detect and tag logs that match any custom rule as a custom event.

• Store detected events in a dedicated event store.

• Expose matched events via existing or new API endpoints and UI components.

• Implement basic unit and integration tests to validate matching logic and performance.

• Users can define and manage multiple custom event rules.
• Matching logs are flagged and stored as discrete events.
• Events can be queried and audited.
• Minimal performance overhead under high-throughput conditions.
