Support Editing and Deleting Registered Applications

Add the ability to edit and delete registered applications from the system, enabling better manageability and cleanup of unused or misconfigured app entries.

Current Behavior:

• Registered applications are static once added.
• There is no UI or API support for modifying app details or removing an app.

Expected Features:

1. Edit App:

   • Modify metadata such as app name, description, tags, or data source bindings.
   • Validate changes to avoid conflicts (e.g., duplicate names).

2. Delete App:

   • Allow users to remove apps that are no longer in use.
   • Confirm deletion to prevent accidental removal.
   • Optionally handle associated data (e.g., logs, dashboards) based on configuration.

Proposed Tasks:

• Add edit/delete options to the app management UI.
• Implement corresponding API endpoints (e.g., PUT /apps/{id}, DELETE /apps/{id}).
• Handle cascading effects or restrict deletions if dependencies exist.
• Add permission checks to restrict these actions to admins or specific roles.

Benefits:

• Improves flexibility and maintainability.
• Reduces clutter from obsolete or test apps.
• Supports better lifecycle management of applications.
