when creating a new lecture block, the metadata is generated with "usesMultifileEditor": true, I don't think it should be there, lessons don't use the editor at all

Continuing discussion from https://github.com/freeCodeCamp/freeCodeCamp/pull/62413#pullrequestreview-3281005675, we may actually need a metadata template for each challenge type

and challenge file template, as lessons have a different structure than what is proposted by the script
