Describe the solution you'd like

I would like to request the conversion of the "Working Hours Threshold for Half Day & Absent" from a float format to a duration field in Shift Type doctype. Displaying the threshold in a duration format (e.g., 8 hours 30 minutes) would provide better user experience compared to the current float format (e.g., 8.5 hours).
