What did you do?

const a = TestFunction(
    arr,
    (T) => {
        console.log(`blah: ${a}`);

What did you expect to happen?

An error on the usage of the variable a within the function that is passed to TestFunction as it's used before it's defined and will error at runtime.

What actually happened?

No lint error. Will error at runtime.
