Emotions: Different filename "emblem-synchronized.svg" and "emblem-synchronizing-symbolic.svg"

What Happened?

The names of synchronizing icons are different betwen the normal and the symbolic ones:

• emblem-synchronized.svg
• emblem-synchronizing-symbolic.svg

Steps to Reproduce

1. Clone the repository
2. Checkout at 366f1963082be26d11da2a333cb21a6c9ea6d2b1
3. Run git ls-files "*/emblem-synch*"
4. See the different filenames

emblems/24/emblem-synchronized.svg
emblems/32/emblem-synchronized.svg
emblems/48/emblem-synchronized.svg

Expected Behavior

The filename should be unified.
