Description

The horizontal scroll bar that appears when there are too many terminal tabs is hard to use due to its thickness.

I'm on a Desktop PC and trying to scroll using a mouse.

Also, the scroll bar only appears when we hover near it It would be better if it's displayed by default without the need of hover
