This issue has been moved from a ticket on Developer Community.

I am communicating with a device via SerialPort. I have an 11 Byte frame with a. in byte 9 and 10 I receive a counter and this when it matches the value 17 Hex (11) omits the byte and the frame is cut

Il problema probabilmente deriva dall'implementazione di SerialPort che gestisce il byte 0x11 come XON (controllo di flusso XON/XOFF). Indaga il codice sorgente di System.IO.Ports nel repository dotnet/runtime, in particolare la classe SerialPort e la gestione interna del flusso. Verifica se esiste una logica che rimuove o modifica i byte 0x11 e 0x13. Crea un semplice programma di test per riprodurre il problema senza hardware esterno. Se confermato, considera di proporre una correzione che consenta di disabilitare la gestione XON/XOFF. Rivedi i commenti del ticket della Developer Community per ulteriore contesto.
