This issue has been moved from a ticket on Developer Community.

When you Comment out a selection of code and then un-comment the selection it applies a "Format Selection" comand on it. Which I know is NOT Roslyn doing it upon Uncomment Selection because I can hit Control+Z to "undo" the re-format.

Please DO NOT format my code

I hit Control+Z and it leaves it uncommented but un-does the "Apply format" command
