Hide arrow buttons when one file is open

The current behaviour of the arrow buttons don't match would I would expect as a user. This is specifically around when there is one image open, and what happens when you have multiple and you're at the beginning or end of the pictures.

Describe the solution you'd like

When the user selects one image in the file explorer or a folder that just contains one image, then the arrow buttons should be hidden

When the user opens multiple files/a folder with multiple files inside, the arrows should appear again and be functional as they are currently.

Describe alternatives you've considered

Leaving it as it is, but I think it would be better for the buttons to not be there rather than them being there but not serving a purpose.
