Description of the feature request:

Currently, rctx.download_and_extract just extracts .deb files into its internals, e.g. data.tar, control.tar. It'd probably be more useful if it could actually extract the real data under it, like dpkg -x would do.

Studia come rctx.download and extract gestisce diversi formati di archivio. Per i file .deb, attualmente estrae solo l'archivio ar esterno. Per estrarre completamente, è necessario estrarre i file data.tar e control.tar interni. Implementa la logica per estrarre ricorsivamente questi archivi interni o usa dpkg deb x se disponibile.
