Translate ADQL ID searches to `.id_search`

Feature request

SELECT * FROM ppdb.DiaObject WHERE diaObjectId=24624704620855420

should become

compute(ppdb.id_search(values={"diaObjectId": 24624704620855420}))

The translator will need to have enough context to know:

1. That diaObjectId is an ID
2. To call .id_search rather than .query
