We shouldn't have notes like: https://github.com/apache/airflow/blob/6508f1242c1b336728d7a256ebb8597214bbcf90/providers/cncf/kubernetes/src/airflow/providers/cncf/kubernetes/operators/pod.py#L236-L237

this is very easy to miss both by PR author and the reviewer

The task: Add tests to all existed decorators to make sure the parameter list they accept match to the operator.
