Steps to reproduce:

  1. Enable touch UI
  2. Resize the screen

Expected Behavior

What behaviour were you expecting to see? A responsive behaviour of the mat date picker where there does not show an (un-needed) scrollbar.

Actual Behavior

What behavior did you actually see? A scrollbar upon resizing when there is plenty of room to show the date picker without a horizontal scroll bar.
