[Bug]: Category Group filtering in Monthly Spending report doesn't work

What happened?

When adding a Category Group filter in the Monthly Spending report, nothing happens.

Only the category filter works, but the category group filter is not yet supported.

This issues is similar to issue https://github.com/actualbudget/actual/pull/7116 for the Budget Analysis Report.

How can we reproduce the issue?

  1. Create a New Monthly Spending
  2. Select Live, and "Budgeted" 3, Try to filter by Category Group = X or one of {X,Y,Z} 4, Nothings happens, data is not reflected.

Direzione di ricerca
Guarda l'implementazione del filtro per categoria nel report Monthly Spending e la correzione simile nella PR #7116 per il report Budget Analysis. Quindi applica lo stesso pattern per il filtro per gruppo di categorie.
