Once it gets implemented (https://github.com/oracle/dotnet-db-samples/issues/329), we should do exactly the same we did for Npgsql in #2116 and MySQL in #2096

Look at the existing implementations for Npgsql (#2116) and MySQL (#2096) in this repository to understand the pattern for adding DbDataSource support. Then, implement the same for Oracle, using the Oracle managed data access library (Oracle.ManagedDataAccess) or similar. Note that this issue depends on the completion of oracle/dotnet db samples issue #329; once that is resolved, proceed with the implementation.
