I checked, but didn't find any duplicates (open OR closed) of this issue in the repo.

SoundCloud app on android shares the track with a specific short URL e.g: https://soundcloud.app.goo.gl/WQpB

When I click on a link on mastodon (in Tusky) which is shared via SoundCloud android app, it is opened directly in Firefox.

The link could be opened in newpipe directly.

Direzione di ricerca: Aggiungi il pattern dell'URL breve di SoundCloud (soundcloud.app.goo.gl) al filtro degli intent o alla logica di parsing degli URL nell'app NewPipe in modo che i link da quel dominio vengano aperti direttamente in NewPipe anziché in un browser.
