Describe the bug

I would like to add a hover effect to the buttons in the navigation bar of our Team page. Currently, there is no visual feedback when users hover over the buttons, and I believe adding a hover effect will enhance the user experience and make the navigation more intuitive.

The solution should be implemented using CSS for compatibility and performance reasons.

Expected behavior The hover effect should be subtle and fit the overall design aesthetics of the website.
