As the newsletter author, I want to have a contribution from @mckeage so that everyone who reads the newsletter will know all about the cool things that @mckeage has been doing.

Acceptance Criteria: This task is done when:

  • @mckeage has contributed a paragraph under their name in the Faculty Updates section of sds_newsletter_2026.qmd file, and;
  • the corresponding pull request is tagged to this issue.

You can also just paste your update here (in Markdown!) and @beanumber will create the pull request for you.
