How is Path of Building expected to behave?

In the Spectre Library, the Blackguard Firemage should be listed.

The Blackguard Firemage is a mob from Act 3 The Ebony Barracks, it casts Curse Flammability

The other two mages from Act 3 are listed: Blackguard Arcmage and Blackguard Mage.

How does Path of Building behave?

When you open the Spectre Library, the Blackguard Firemage is not listed.

How to reproduce the issue

Set skill to Raise Spectre Click the Manage Spectres button In the Available Spectres list look for Blackguard Firemage
