Describe the bug

After getting OI setup in my Command Prompt environment, I tried to run it but it said I had no credits for my API key. After setting up billing and trying to rerun the interpreter--os command prompt it automatically says "empty message". It's as if after I run interpreter--os it automatically tries to submit a prompt without my prompting and fails because the prompt is empty, which then tosses me out of the environment.

Reproduce

Run python -m interpreter --os

Then wait

Expected behavior

I expect interpreter to run correctly and allow me to use the environment (first time user)
