Summary

When running through Docker, the project directory should automatically have its subdirectories added as workspaces.

Expected Behavior

When a project directory is mounted or opened via Docker, all of its subdirectories should be automatically discovered and added as workspaces, removing the need for users to manually configure them.

Subdirectories within the project directory are not automatically added as workspaces when running through Docker.
