The new paste with imports feature broke line insertion

Type: Bug

1. Copy a line with an importable thing by placing a caret on it (do not select the whole line manually) and pressing ctrl + c
2. Go to a different file, place your caret on a line with content, and press ctrl + v.
3. Instead of inserting the line above the line you were on (ie, so it occupies the line number of the line you had your caret on), instead it pastes as if you selected the text manually

If you copy a line without an importable thing it behaves normally
