Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Right now we have only 2 files, related to code at our root folder. i think it's time to move them out too. so at root we'll have only folders and configuration files.
Describe the solution you'd like files, that we need to move:

But be careful, because we'll need to update paths, inside files.js
actually, if you'll create a variable, that have a same filepath to data folder - you'll increase quality of this file....
Note: please be aware, that maybe after moving this files we'll break some of functionality. so maybe use Ctrl+F or check our files manually and update imports accordingly.
