In in the Project Settings Usage tab, the right-hand number should represent project.max_segment_overrides_allowed * len(project.environments). Right now it's just project.max_segment_overrides_allowed, which causes confusion:

Locate the React component that renders the usage tab counter, likely in the frontend directory. The calculation currently uses `project.max segment overrides allowed` and must be multiplied by `len(project.environments)`. Check how `project.environments` is accessed in the codebase.
