  • What happened: Even without a Sim-Card having been put into the UZ801, the Test Heuristic seems to capture SIB1 messages.

  • Expected Behavior: A (inactive) SIM Card should be required.

  • Relevant logs: Occurred twice in my short time testing: 86407.zip 86407 (1).zip
