[Bug] RTL character causes sidebar dragging issue.

Descrizione

Describe the bug When an RTL character is set up, the drag icon is still on the right side of the sidebar. Also, when dragging, the elements is changing on the wrong way.

Expected behavior The dragging icon should be on the left side of sidebar and when dragging, the moving direction of width should be same with mouse moving.

Verify if there is a direction aware layout condition. Consider using CSS logical properties (e.g., inset inline start) to handle RTL automatically.
