It would be nice for ipfs refs local to take the same options as ipfs refs. You can jury-rig the effect by combining existing commands, but it'd be nicer if using the options just worked.

Research direction
Examine the existing implementation of `ipfs refs` command, likely in `core/commands/refs.go` or similar. Identify the options it accepts (e.g., ` format`, ` edges`, etc.) and how they are parsed. Then look at `ipfs refs local` definition and modify it to accept and forward those same options. Review any previous comments or attempts in the issue for additional context.
