Description

I see that two other issues have been opened (and closed) on this issue for other platforms, but over here in GNOME land the icon is still colored. As it used to be on other platforms, this looks out of place. I would put screenshots of an example here, but I'm using Firefox/X11 so I can't.

The issue requires creating a monochrome version of the IPFS icon for GNOME's top bar. The icon is likely stored in the assets directory of the ipfs desktop repository. Look at previous closed issues for other platforms to understand the approach. A pull request should replace the colored icon with a monochrome one, possibly using an SVG.
