Description

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Even vanilla page context menu is already cluttered: every unused entry is annoying. Adding insult to injury, IPFS-Companion even litters (e.g. “This Page” submenu) chrome: pages, and while Toggle all IPFS integrations is disabled.

Describe alternatives you've considered a) Keep extension disabled – enabling it only when IPFS links handling is needed. b) Repack without contextMenus permission.

Research direction
The issue requests an optional toggle in the options page to enable/disable context menu entries. Look at existing options page in the codebase (likely in options/index.html or similar). The contextMenus API is used in background scripts (background.js or similar). The toggle should store a preference (e.g., using storage.sync) and conditionally create/remove context menus. Reference linked issues or other extensions like Dark Reader for UI pattern.
