Research direction
The contributor should first understand how bandwhich captures network traffic data (likely in src/main.rs or similar). Then, using the `prometheus` crate (or `prometheus client`), implement an HTTP endpoint that exposes metrics for each IP address's incoming/outgoing traffic. Review comments in the issue for any additional requirements. Ensure the exporter respects existing CLI flags and does not interfere with the terminal UI.
