the Model should include : (taxName , TaxValue, isDefault ) + other standards fields , check other models

Research direction
Examine existing models in the repository (e.g., other CRUD endpoints) to understand the standard fields and structure. Look for a model file for reference (e.g., /models/...). Create a new Mongoose schema for Tax with fields: taxName, TaxValue, isDefault, plus timestamps and other common fields. Then implement routes (e.g., GET, POST, PUT, DELETE) in a controller and wire up in the router. Check the existing API patterns and folder structure to ensure consistency.
