Hi,

Is this draft planned to be supported by the project?
I'd like to implement the Reporting API for the servo project and i need to parse the "Reporting-Endpoints" header.

I wonder if it could be useful to add the parsing and the structured header into this lib?

Any ideas/comments/guidance are welcome :)
