Problem description

I find myself skipping breaks while watching videos (i.e. youtube, netflix, etc.) Sometimes I press the pause button manually but it can often be easier to skip a break instead. It would be nice to have an option to automatically pause videos when

Possible solution

Add settings option to: Pause currently playing media (try to differentiate between videos/music). May require different implementations based on OS.

Alternative solutions

Simulate keypress of pause/resume button (may not be desirable if nothing was playing already).]
