Problem description

I want a notification instead of the window when it's time for a break

Possible solution

A third setting to choose from for getting only notification without a window. Of course, strict mode would have to be disabled, the length of the break also. But, I would keep the long and the short break by renaming the notifications.

Add a new setting 'notification only' in the UI. When enabled and a break is due, show only a notification instead of the break window. Ensure strict mode and break length settings are disabled when this is selected. Modify the break timer to check this setting and skip window display.
