Description

GitLab allows an organization to have a hierarchy of Repos called Subgroups.

It would be very nice if we can configure this in hound and also allow filtering to any repo in a subproject.

If choosing https://gitlab.com/project/subproject/* it will only search children and not return results from https://gitlab.com/project/repo1

Research direction
Research the GitLab API for listing subgroups and their repositories. Look at hound's existing GitLab integration code (likely in the repository's source) to understand how it currently handles groups. The issue provides examples of desired configuration syntax; investigate how to extend the current config parser to support wildcard patterns for subgroups. Consider the potential for scoping searches to specific subgroups.
