Description

相比一些占满屏幕的recyclerview 有些recyclerview 不需要占满屏幕 但需要一个加载更多的功能

在用LoadMoreWrapper的时候会报错 所以考虑用FootView来实现 但是发现并没有实现点击监听

希望添加~
