Description

After the great contribution by @DGLaurits in https://github.com/holoviz/panel/pull/5302 the page https://panel.holoviz.org/explanation/api/examples/outliers_declarative.html is no longer aligned with the build an app page.

I think they should be so that its easy to understand the differences.
