建议将openapi-to-mcp-server整合至higress console的插件中

How could it be?

现有项目大量的restapi，需要通过openapi-to-mcp-server转换为mcp server需要的yaml，但是转换过程，需要开发者来手动安装go环境、转换的yaml文件格式不正确、内容过大，通过console插件可以统一规范处理
