Research direction
Examine the OpenMoji repository's existing flag emoji (e.g., country flags) to understand the required SVG structure and style. Review the project's contribution guidelines for adding new emoji. The contributor has already created two flags (Podlaskie and Kuyavia Pomerania) which should be used as references for the remaining flags. Coordinate with maintainers via the issue comments for approval and potential modifications.
