Describe the issue

The issue reporting template contains a "This is an issue, not a feature request" checkbox. However, it doesn't say where feature requests should go, and there is nothing relating to the matter at https://hacs.xyz/docs/help/issues/.

Please could a link to the correct channel for feature requests be added to the checkbox label?

(Please don't say "use Discord" — signing up for that requires not only giving them your mobile number as well as your ISP email address, but users in the UK have to submit government ID for age verification! That's not going to happen :)
