Update Project Profile: Open Community Survey (Update Project's Description)

Edit the description front matter in _projects/open-community-survey.md, following the issue's exact From and To text. Start by checking the existing front matter syntax, then run the website locally with Docker and compare the Open Community Survey page and the project's card on the Projects page. Done means the updated wording appears correctly in both views and before-and-after screenshots are included with the pull request.

1. Be a member of Hack for LA. (There are no fees to join.) If you have not joined yet, please follow the steps on our Getting Started page and attend an onboarding session.
2. You have already read our How to Contribute to Hack for LA Guide.

Overview

We need to keep project information up to date so that visitors to the website can find accurate information.

Action Items

• In your IDE, open the _projects/open-community-survey.md file.
• Observe the existing syntax of the front matter block [^1] in the file.
• Find the description variable and change the following:
